Ashlyn grew up in the Eastern Cape and matriculated at Hudson Park High School in East London.
After school she completed a Hospitality Management Diploma in Durban,where she did her training at the Vineyard Hotel and the Beacon Isle in Plettenberg Bay.
She returned to Cape Town where she worked at Constantia Uitsig and completed her BTech part time.
She started working for Village & Life in 2005 as the Reservations Manager for The Bay Hotel.
Ashlyn lives in Wynberg with her husband and son and enjoys cooking, entertaining and walking her dogs.

Anitsa was born in Cape Town and matriculating at Bloemhof All Girls High School in Stellenbosch. After matric she attended Boland College in Stellenbosch, where she obtained her qualification in Travel and Tourism in 2000. After her studies she travelled to the UK for a year, working and travelling abroad. Anitsa has been involved in the tourism and hospitality industry since 2002 and joined the Village & Life sales team in April 2010. She lives in Durbanville and loves socialising, meeting new people, outdoor sport and travelling.

Ross grew up in Mpumalanga and attended Treverton College in Natal. After matric, he travelled to England for two years working for various hotel groups such as Macdonald Hotel and Resorts and Exclusive Hotels.
After returning, he enrolled at Stellenbosch University and graduated with a Bcomm Marketing and Innovation Management Degree in 2008.
Ross joined the Village & Life sales team as Online Sales Executive in April 2010, he lives in Stellenbosch and enjoys all sports, new technology and art.

Marco grew up in the south of China and moved to South Africa to study at the Central University of Technology in the Free State, where he obtained his National Diploma in Hospitality Management. In 2007, he relocated to Cape Town where he recruited staff for various luxury hotels, guest houses, lodges, international air and cruise lines. He lives in Sea Point and enjoys cooking, movies and the latest gadgets.

Cheslyn was born and raised in Cape Town. With a passion for the hospitality industry she started her career as a trainee in 1997 and progressed from there, in 1999, to join a renowned 5 star hotel in Constantia as a front desk agent. Cheslyn was later given the opportunity to join the reservations team and fell in love with this sector of the hospitality industry. She was promoted to Reservations Manager within 1 year and have increased her knowledge and applied her skills within various top 4 star and 5 star hotels and International cruise liners. Cheslyn joined the Village & Life Trade Reservations team in 2012.

Melissa matriculated at Alexander Sinton High in Crawford, in 2002 and started working in 2003 for Protea Hotels as a Receptionist.
She then joined Village & Life in 2005 as a Receptionist and moved to Reservations in 2006.
Melissa lives in Alicedale, Athlone, she loves spending time with her baby daughter and husband.

Lindsay grew up in Athlone and attended Garlandale Senior Secondary where she matriculated in 2006. Thereafter, she went on to complete a course in Entrepreneurial Development at the UCT Business School in the V&A Waterfront. Linday has traveled throughout the country visiting a few of our world-famous game lodges. She joined Village & Life in September 2009. Lindsay currently lives with her mom and brother. She loves spending time with her boyfriend, watching controversial documentaries and stand up comedies.

Gerhard grew up in Porterville and attended Porterville High School in the Boland. After matric, he completed his Diploma in Hotel Operations & Management and Diploma in Professional Cookery. Gerhard joined Village & Life in 2009 as Receptionist at Mouille Point Village, before moving to the Reservations Department in January 2011. He lives in Gardens and enjoys reading a good book and socializing with his friends and family.

Grew up in Durban attending Glenwood Boys High School until moving to Cape Town in 1996. Craig started his studies in A+ computer architecture and thereafter travelled to the UK and worked for an online agency. After missing the great weather, the surf as well as friends & family he came back home and started studing marketing at Varsity College for three years and obtained an IMM Diploma in Marketing from the IMM GSM. Craig joined Village & Life in February 2010. He lives in Tamboerskloof with his girlfriend and cat. He enjoy's soccer, bodyboarding (compete at WP level and is an executive committee member heading the development division), photography, art, music, sports and classic cars.
