"As it was our first time to Cape Town, Stephanie and I were surprised how accessible The Bay Hotel was to Cape Town and how relaxing the whole ambience of the hotel seemed. Tanya was pleasantly surprised with the upgrades to the public areas since her last visit in 2003, including the outside decking, new pool furniture, hallways, café and lobby/reception. We were all very impressed with the property and would have loved to spend more time there!"
