Tour Operators

We welcome all registered tour operators to book with Village & Life.
All registered tour operators are eligible for NETT STO rates. In order to register for these rates, please complete the below registration form. Once your registration form has been approved, you will be granted access to view the rates.

Site inspection procedure

Should you wish to be taken on a site inspection, please email your request to sales@hvc.co.za, after which we will liase with the necessary person to show you around the requested property.

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates are quoted per room per night, in South Africa Rand, and are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 14%.
2. The Bay Hotel: The rate excludes the Tourism Levy of 1% of the accommodation charge.
3. All other properties include Tourism levy.
4. All rates are NETT and non-commissionable.
5. Village & Life reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time.
6. The Bay Hotel, Camps Bay Retreat, Wescamp Villa:
   • In the event of a cancellation within 30 to 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 75% cancellation fee will be charged.
   • In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation within 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
   Villages:
   • In the event of a cancellation within 30 to 14 days of arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
   • In the event of a "no-show" or cancellation within 14 days of the confirmed arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
7. Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing.
8. Deposit fees will be stipulated on the confirmation letter.
9. Check-in time is 14h00 and the check out time is 11h00. We are able to provide luggage-storage facilities if required.
10. The Bay Hotel, Camps Bay Retreat, The Charles and De Waterkant House are regretfully unable to accommodate more than 2 persons per room or children under the age of 12 years.
    Children of all ages are welcome at Waterfront Village, De Waterkant Village, Camps Bay Village and Mouille Point Village..
11. Reservations are subject to terms and conditions on check-in.
12. Only rack rates may appear on your website when featuring any of our properties.
13. All marketing material must be kept up-to-date. I.e. brochuring and websites.
14. All contracts will be reviewed annually.
